Missing tier and avios points, BA ignoring emails

I flew BA cpt to JHB in May and my avios and tier points were not allocated. I have been emailing British Airways executive club (ZA) since September with copies of the boarding pass asking that missing points and avios be allocated but no replies and requests for follow up are ignored. Very annoyed and frustrated with BA
