Missing ABSA/BA Credit Card Avio's

I app**** oline and received my ABSA/BA Credit Card in Dec'15. I purchased >R600,000 during Dec'15. I received my ABSA/BA Card statement on 7 Jan'16 indicating >92,000 Avio's was transferred from ABSA to BA Executive Club. These are to this day not credited on my Executice Club statement.<br> <br> I've lodged several email enquiries, spent hours in the phone with various call centre operators but to this day 17 Jan'16 no explanation and no Avio's on my BA statement.<br> <br> The following people were all involved: ABSA Credit Card (M****lla), BA Credit Card (Gunjan Gandhi,Dineo Molelekwa, ) and BA Executive Club(Ashish Joseph,Michaela Pape,Vikas Chhabra).<br> <br> I've not been told what happened to my missing Avio's nor are they credited to my Executive Club account. I need these Avio's urgently to book my families return flights from Sydney.
