Luggage with lock broken

Just got off from a flight from Cape Town to Jhb. Went to fetch my bag just to find it half open. Lock with zippers broken off completely. Everything was scattered and taken out of the smaller bags within the suitcase. This is serious invasion of privacy! Had to open a case at luggage enquiries and was only tould I will receive a call and the zippers can be fixed in Cape Town. The problem is not that the suitcase is broken, the problem is that you have staff that you hire that does things like this. UNACCEPTABLE!
