Luggage tampering and theft

<p>I flew back from Cape Town last night (BA 6438/26 Apr'17; luggage tag BA456500) and upon returning home (with an hour flight delay and no apologies) discovered that my bag had been opened (split zip) and my cologne ****** out of the box. I see very recent reviews on this site of similar incidents. This is unacceptable and I am outraged! This is not my first bad experience with them. I will avoid using them in future. </p>
