Lost Reading Glasses
I arrived on BA043 From London to Cape Town on Saturday 31 October 2015. I was seated in Business Class on the upper deck in row 61. i left my prescribed reading glasses with its case on my seat. i am trying to get information from the local office from Sunday already. I am still awaiting a return call from them. I spoke to lebo.
i remember i was reading as we descended, took it off and placed it in the case and next to me on the seat as we where getting ready to land.
i know that it must be in the upper deck of the plan. i am disappointed that i am being handled this bad by any follow up services from BA. as i need my reading glasses!!
