Lost Luggage - Unsympathetic Employees - Spoilt 30

My family and I traveled with Kulula from Johannesburg to Durban on the evening of the 26th January 2016, the eve of my 30th Birthday, to enjoy a few days in the sun and celebrate both mine and my husband's 30th birthdays. This however turned out to be a nightmare, thanks to yours truly, Kulula.<br> When we arrived in Durban that evening, we were told that my luggage, which contained most of my expensive clothes, could not be traced. Apparently it was not tagged in Johannesburg. The staff at your baggage department in Durban was absolutely unsympathetic with no sense of urgency to assist me or even try to understand my dilemma. With the day after being my birthday, no one cared that I would not have any clothes to use on a milestone birthday. I was simply told that the process could take up to 21 days to locate my bag and that I would be given R250 to buy myself essentials for the night. At this time, 7pm, there were no stores open for me to buy any necessities that I required. I was told that I would be provided with feedback first thing in the morning but no one ever got back to me, i had to constantly call and inquire. My birthday was ruined in epic proportions.
