Lack of service or client courtesy

The lack of customer service for such a huge company is appalling. My flight was supposed to be at 06:00am and it is now 06:04 not even a courtesy SMS or a simple email to apologies. I thought SAA was worse, but for a British company I can’t even put in words. I’m pretty sure I will never get feedback from my complaint and I’m practically wasting my time and data writing this review.
