Lack of respect for passengers
I travel between Cape Town and Pretoria for work purposes about once a month. I have 2 issues:

1. The way in which passengers are requested to switch off electronic equipment towards the end of a flight is rude. When flying, I work on my laptop. When you ask me to switch off, I need at least 5 minutest to do so. I need to finish the sentence or thought I am in the middle of so that I can pick up from where I left off when I next start working. And then save and then shut down. So when you announce over the intercom to shut down, don't ask me again in person 30 seconds later. This assumes you think I am non-compliant. I am complying, I just need time. Respect that passengers cannot snap things closed immediately! Yesterday, in the space of 2 minutes, I had had 3 separate requests from 3 different air hostesses to switch off. This just makes me take longer. Give us more warning! The way you currently do this is just rude.

2. In March, I asked the air hostess to tell me what the meal options were. She berated me for not listening to the announcement! So rude. I had dozed off during take off. I am perfectly entitled to ask her to repeat the options. Her job is to tell me!
