Kulula does not care about its customers

I was on an evening flight that was delayed over an hour. Due to the delay I requested that I be rebooked to a later flight (also delayed), as that flight would be more convenient for me, given the delays. Unfortunately, the Sales Office was not helpful at all. It would appear that as far as Kulula customer’s inconvenience is concerned, it does not concern Kulula at all. On the other hand, if the customer requests assistance, due to inconvenience caused by Kulula, the airline is not at all willing to provide the additional customer service, beyond its policies. The conclusion is – to Kulula, the customer is expandable.

The delay cost me R500 in hard cash. The Comair Customer Relations office offered me a voucher for another flight (which I will certainly never take again) as compensation. The office claims that they are meeting me "half way" with the voucher offer.

That is the entire problem with Kulula, it appears – it accommodates its customers “half-way”, rather than aiming to satisfy the customer.
