It is called ''maintenance' !!
On a flight back from CPT to JHB on Wednesday I had the great displeasure of having to sit in a broken seat. This plane was old, and given the recent landing gear issue, makes me wonder if BA really takes maintenance seriously. I took a photo as evidence. But really am disappointed with what is meant to be a premium carrier!
