I got a ticket lockdown time and due to restrictions l could not travel, I have been trying to get a refund from British Airways for the past 3 years and they keep telling me they cant refund, I tried to book a flight to Zim and everytime they dont have flights that goes there, l have asked if l can use the voucher on their sister companies and they told me its not possible.

Their consultants are very rude and they hang up on me twice. I need my money urgently to travel home
