Increasing ticket prices and deteriorating service!

Flights delayed! Flight on the 22nd of April at 10.00 (BA6410) was delayed to 14.45. A 4.45 hour delay. Dissappointed and saddended by the poor service provided. Increased ticket prices and detoriating service. Bad for business. No communication of delay. We are on honeymoon and are flying to Johhanesburg to go to Pilansberg game reserve for 2 nights. As a result of the delay we will now miss our specially booked and costly honeymoon dinner and game drive! This is not the first time there have been delays but definitely the most costly. I will never fly with British airways again and will advertise how bad the airline is!
