18.11.19 I was on a flight from Windhoek to Durban connecting in JHB. Upon arrival at JHB I asked the cabin controller if i need to collect my bag and she advised that i do not need to.

When i got to Durban my bag was not there. I went to baggage reclaim and the agent Nhlakanipho together with his manager Tracey assured me that my bag will be delivered at my place in Richards Bay between 12&1pm.

This morning a different agent is calling me and telling me i need to come to Durban to collect my bag. I have no means of going to Durban, he is telling me that i need to pay for courier. I explained to him that had they told me i have to collect the bag this morning I would have arranged to sleep over in Durban.However since i was given an assurance that the bag will be delivered I left.

I found both the agent and her supervisor very rude and inconsiderate, when i asked to speak to the manager the supervisor basically told me he is the one incharge and there is nothing anyone can do except what he is telling me.
