Incompetence reinvented

After a long day in Gauteng, I'm sitting on Johannesburg airport waiting yet again for another delayed British Airways plane. I was supposed to board at 7pm, but will now only be boarding at half past 10. That is a 4 and a half hour wait. I fly up once a month and every time in those last 3 months there has been a 4 hour delay. Don't book with these *********** fools. Try another airline
