Impossible to buy Tickets

For the past 3 days I have been trying to book a flight through the Kulula portal. It has been impossible to book a BA flight as a discovery Vitality member. Firstly it says that for the interim period BA flights can’t be booked via the Kulula website. Information is then given to contact BA directly and book the flights but you can’t use you Discovery miles. On phoning the number provided on the Kulula website, except for the 20-30 wait, the representative from British Airways informed me that the number is wrong and I need to phone another number to speak to the Vitality department. On phoning that number ***.... Waiting +- 40 min with NO answer...... Its been 3 days now and still not closer to buying tickets. Something that was so easy is now extremely painful. As you cant speak to anyone. This is extremely irritating Can the service providers please assist and communicate why this is such a mess
