Ill-treatment of brain cancer patient at boarding gate

Flight 6209 Date: 22 May 2022, 17:50 pm jhb-dbn Myself and my husband took a flight from jhb to dbn on the 22nd of May, he has a brain cancer, and the oncologist gave us travelling documents. On that day he was feeling fine, as most cancer patients have up and down days, so he was walking fine. We got to gate E7 for boarding, he started feeling dizzy and could not walk, I went to a lady at the boarding gate by the name of Leseko(her name badge was faint, but i took her picture of her and she even posed for it and made a peace sign, mocking me) who refuse to let my husband in the bus first so he can seat down, even when I showed her doctors note, she said I should have said at check in counter, I asked her if she had someone with cancer at home, she would be companionable, her words were "had and died" with an attitude. One staff personnel stepped in and allowed my husband through and took him straight to the bus, as he went in my husband fell, the lady arranged for him to be hoisted into the plane, I did not get her name, but thanks to her kindness. I want BA to take disciplinary action against the lady who abused and mocked a cancer patient
