I will never use or recommend British airways again

BA website clearly stated that my wife who is a SA citizen will not need a visa for her connecting flight at Heathrow to join me in Ireland as Ireland do not require a visa from SA citizens (I am British with a British passport) She was refused permission to board her flight in Johannesburg int airport and BA cancelled her flight with refusal for a refund. My case is currently with a legal firm in the UK 6 months later, as a result of BA's ignorance. My wife flew out of JHB the following day with Quatar airways with absolutely no hassle or questions. BA cost me a double flight ticket and 4 trips to JHB int airport. I find BA extremely unprofessional and feel they deliberately misinform their clients. We got advise from a travel agency just to be sure about Quatar airways (Documentation etc) the travel agent assisting my wife made a comment that they have dozens of cases about BA misinformation...people losing their flights and holiday arrangements as a result off being refused permission to board their flights.
