I want my refund or voucher .

I was suppose to fly on 26 March 2020 ,Due to 21 Days national lockdown I could not fly . Since I being trying to get a refund or a voucher but British airways they ate telling me voucher number is wrong ,honestly they are just giving me a run around. its sad cause their offices are closed even call center and their voucher claim system rejects all the reference numbers .
