I have never been so disappointed

On the 26 the October I boarded a flight from JHB to PLZ...and that was a very pleasant journey I had paid excess luggage at OR Tambo but lost my invoice upon arrival in PE as I lost my hand bag since the 6th of November I have been calling endlessly requesting a copy in order for me to claim from my company but till today iv bn pushed from pillar to post consultant to consultant they all tell me the booking needs to be purged till today 15days later I am still waiting I have never been so disappointed because the cut off date for claims is the 25th of November and frustrated as I am I'm still waiting...which means I could possibly loose R1400...
