I am not very happy with these guys...

So on Saturday we unfortunately made a double booking, I booked return flights from Johannesburg to East London and my husband also booked for me without knowing I had already booked. I have been trying to call British airways since yesterday and they just don't answer calls, this morning I waited on the time for 2 hours and now I'm not sure if they will actually eventually take my calls or you are just made to wait till you get tired. I'm now considering canceling both those tickets and booking with flysafair.
