How long should a check-in take?

<p>It is now 50 minutes that we have been standing in the check-in queue, not even reached the blue bunting and there are only 2 check-in counters being operated. Counter 119 and 120. Online check-in was also out of order last night. </p> <p>THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!</p>
