How do you run an airline like this British Airways????

Not a happy person AT ALL.... We were supposed to be on British Airways flight BA6421 departing at 07:10 from OR Tambo to Cape Town International just to be advised by the boarding staff that they also just found out that the dlight doesn't have a Flight Crew for this flight and cant give us a time frame at all we must just stand here and wait..... British Airways Rediculous!!!!!!!!!
