Horrible service from British Airways- NPXWGF

Very bad service from British Airways, I booked and the system captured same names for myself and my husband and we were told the System cannot change the name and I cannot be refunded the money for the ticket that cannot be amended. Why does the system allow same names , same flight . Had to book another ticket and pay additional money that I don’t have.
