Horrible Flight Experience

On Friday, 2 April, I flew from JHB to PE on BA6233. What a horrible experience! First the flight was delayed with 2 hrs, then the boarding gate moved, then we sat waiting another 40min in the airplane as take off was delayed in queue. I was sitting in the sun and put the visor on the window down when the very rude airhostess told me to put it up. I told her I will as soon as we start moving & she sarcastically told me then i can just let them know when the engin and wings catch alight and blow up! I told her to keep her sarcasm to herself - was extremely unprofessional.It was the worst experience of my life. Sat at airport from 6am and only reached PE by 13h00! I am totally disgusted with BA and the service, OR Tambo and their total chaos!
