Horrible flight experiance

Good Day,

I am usually not a person to complain but I recently flew with British Airways and it was a really bad experience. You would think paying a little extra to fly British Airways would mean that the flight would be an enjoyable journey. This truth was quickly busted when I got to my seat to fin the A/C was not working, my seat was broken, it had no arm rest. The plain was in a state you would expect a Mango or other cheaper flights would look like. Really not happy with you guys, specially since I usually think very highly of the Airline.
