Horrible, appalling service

Horrible service,

As a discovery diamond client I am entitled to 35% discount on BA flights, trick is that one must call Comair for this service and that is wherr the problem starts. It takes a week to get a response via email and a whole day for a phone call to be attended to, appalling if you ask me
