Great service, highly recommended
I would like to compliment the cabin crew on flight BA6311 (CPT to DUR, March 3rd 2016).<br> The cabin crew ladies were especially friendly and helpful. I enjoyed their service - it felt as if they really CARED for the comfort and well-being of the passengers. Thank you for a great journey!
