Garenteed to be delayed

I am so sick and tired of being delayed by BA. It would appear that the same stupid excuse is used all the time, inbound plane late arrival. He'll maybe someone should get off the ass and ensure you, BA hon our your advertised times. Maybe BA should also realize that it's passengers have commitments to meet as well. I will ensure I ask my book agent not to use BA and I am terrible sorry, but if asked by friends, I will have to advise my experience that they will more than likely be delay. I find this totally unacceptable. The joke, Thank you for flying BA , nothing about being late.
