FRAGILE LUGGAGE - DAMAGED NEW SUITCASE

Which part of FRAGILE LUGGAGE does Comair not understand? I travelled from George to Johannesburg this morning, leave for USA tomorrow morning only to end up with my FRAGILE LUGGAGE damaged. My suitcase has now only have 3 wheels as 4th one was ripped out completely. On trying to resolve this at the airport I was advised they can do nothing for me. In other words, I am sitting with a brand new suitcase that is damaged beyond repair and Comair feels they can do nothing about it. So basically your staff can handle FRAGILE LUGGAGE worse than normal luggage and hundreds of other passengers suitcases might be damaged and you are not going to replace the luggage?

I am sorry, but this is so unacceptable. Your senior staff member did phone me only to explain your policy to me (AND BY THE WAY, THE PHONE WENT DEAD AND HE NEVER EVEN TRIED TO PHONE BACK). In other words passengers get damaged luggage every single day because of handling staff not worrying how they handle our luggage, and we the customer just have to be happy with your General Conditions and keep on buying new suitcases. My whole point is that this suitcase was booked in as FRAGILE!!! How on earth does FRAGILE luggage come out like that at the end, what is the point of booking luggage in as FRAGILE, I am wondering how much damage is inside my suitcase of broken stuff, but that I will unfortunately only know when I arrive in USA. I think it is time that your Luggage Handlers start taking responsibility for how they are handeling our property. Wonder how they will feel in a reversed situation? I CANNOT EXPRESS MY DISAPPOINTMENT ENOUGH
