Food quality
Flight BA 6403 ORT to Cape Town 19.40<br> Traveller Class Food<br> My Partner and I selected the chicken and mushroom on couscous food option. The meal was couscous and swill, very disappointing. Rather fly Kulula and pay for a meal that is edible!

We are very sorry to learn of your dissatisfaction with the standard of catering provided on your recent journey. We have raised this complaint with our kitchen manager who has advised that the meals were prepared according to specification. This may be attributed to excessive heating on-board. We try to ensure the level of the product we sell is of the highest quality.
Our kitchen manager has been informed of this complaint and we will continue to monitor the product, as we have not received many complaints regarding the quality of this dish . This will however be monitored and changes will be made accordingly. We will await the change in the new menu cycle and hopefully , the menu would be more appealing to your taste .
Please accept our sincere apologies for the disappointment you experienced on this occasion and I hope it will not deter you from using British Airways again in the future.
