Food on BA Business Class is awful!

Although I don't use BA for international flights, they have been my domestic service provider of choice for a number of years. I always fly Business Class domestically and I chose BA because their business was (note past tense) better than their competitors. However, I have had 4 flights in the last month and I'm very disappointed. Their Business Class service has dropped dramatically, yet their prices have skyrocketed! We still get priority check-in, lounge access, separate boarding etc. but on the plane itself, it is awful. No more hot towels. A much smaller choice of drinks (no JW Black that they used to have or champagne). Only offering the cheaper varieties now. But the worst is the food. Good God - I won't feed it to my dog, In 4 flights, I was offered exactly the same thing - a veg pasta or chicken & race. We used to get 4 or 5 choices. The chicken was dry and basically unedible. I didn't try the pasta. On my last flight, I refused the meal - I just couldn't face the same thing again. I still give them 3 stars for the check-in, lounge access and the patience and friendliness of the air crew but please, BA, you have to up your on-plane offering, It is terrible for what we pay - otherwise, I'll be going to one of your competitors to fly domestically. A colleague told me that they switched to Airlink and are much happier. I'll give you guys one more chance, but if the on-board offering hasn't improved, then you've lost a customer. Very sad that you are compromising on this, while charging insane fares. In these times you should be upping your service levels!
