FALSE ADVERTISING

I have seen on the BA website they have festive promotion Johannesburg to cape town and cape town to Johannesburg for R768 each way. it clearly states "these are the lowest single adult prices INCLUDING taxes, fees and carrier charges"

but after you select the R768 and continue then the price changes to R2300 for a return flight.

when I called in then they say they cant help as its an international website and the R768 doesn't include the VAT and service fees etc

this is completely disgusting for a big company like BA
