Executive club website issues

I generally have only positive encounters with BA and the Executive Club - but due to the lack of communication channels available in SA I've had to resort to here to get in touch. I've been trying to reset my password in order to log into my account, but all of the links, including those sent to me after I call for assistance, just give me the 'reset password error' message, so I am never able to reset it - can someone please help me out?
