Excellent Service From your employee

I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude towards one of your employees Sibusiso Dyavu. I arrived late to catch a British Airways flight on the 12th of October which was set to leave at 7pm. From the moment of my arrival Sibusiso was so helpful. He took me to check whether the plane was still boarding. On our way we saw that the door had been closed. From here he guided me to the ticket sales point to change my flight and we got there the shutter doors were 4/5 clothes and he politely asked the lady to assist me. The lady obliged and luckily, I was not charged any extra. He then escorted me to the section where I could pick taxis. Everything that he did was punctuated by a high level of courtesy I have to say that I managed to get over all the disappointment that I had of missing the flight and marvel at the service that was provided by this young man. Indeed, if we could have two or more three Sibusisos in organisations like yours and better still in South Africa, I can bet my last rand that great strides will be made in achieving the well-being of all who live in this beautiful country.
