Excellent Service / Feedback
We would like to commend British Airways on their excellent customer service. I phoned in to redeem a complimentary voucher that we received and within hours we received the new ticket and a customer service representative phoned to find out if the ticket was in order and if I required any further assistance. Thank You to all that were involved and keep up the good work.
