Elderly people are treated badly by British Airways ground personnel

My mother, Helena Victor, flew with British Airways on 5 January 2020 at 19:50 from Cape Town to OR Tambo, flight no BA6404. Upon arrival, at the baggage conveyor, the lady that helped her, Jane, asked my mother, pointing her finger at my mother : how does my mother think she must push her and carry her luggage. My mom asked her if there is no trolley, Jane answered there is no trolley. She told my mother that she is going to put her luggage on her lap, my mom told her that she cannot do that because her leg is sore. She was very rude to her. My mother then asked her where her wheelchair was and Jane rep**** she doesn't know. A security guard brought her wheelchair and she noticed that it was damaged. She then went to the British Airways office to lodge a complaint. Nhlanhla looked at the wheelchair and told her a little bit of glue will fix it. She said that she is not fixing it with glue as it was not like that when it was taken abroad the airplane. He then told my mother she must phone the next day to lodge a complaint, she said she is not doing that as she want to do it now. He went to fetch the necessarily forms to complete, which she told him he must complete it and she will sign it, which he did. Ref no COMBA 36539. Up to date nobody has come to me or my mother. My conclusion is that never let older people fly on British Airways as their Ground personnel do not care about the elderly. Shame upon you British Airways.
