Efficient and honest airline!

<p>My mother flew down from JHB to CT last night on a British Airways flight. She accidentally forgot her ID book and drivers license in the seat pocket on the plane. This morning she was called by British Airways to inform her that they had found her documents and where she could collect them. We collected them and were pleasantly surprised to see that the cash notes tucked into the plastic sleeve of the ID book were returned as well! I would personally like to applaud the airline and the cleaning staff for their honesty and efficiency!</p>
