Dreadful Customer Services

<p>Requested a name change on a single ticket. Refused point blank - don't even listed to the reasoning behind requesting a change! Want me to cancel and rebook. If I cancel, they will refund me R125.23 (within 6-8 weeks) on a ticket that cost R744.43! ****************. And then to rebook, it will cost me R1 688. I will never ever use British Airways Comair or Kulula again. </p>
