Double Charged flights

I booked a flight on the 27th of September for R3271.34. And on the 30th I was charged twice for the same amount. I have called, emailed and WhatsApp #Travelstart and #BritishAirways , I have had zero response from anyone. Is there anyone that can help me resolve this issue!
