DO NOT USE BRITISH AIRWAYS

I had THE worst experience ever when flying with British Airways!!! First off, they almost lost my luggage - I waited to get it a whole day (since 8:20 am) and only got it at 18:00 after I drove to Cape Town International from Blouberg to hear when I will receive it (this was after they told us they are going to courier the bag to me). When I got home after I got the bag I saw that my iPhone as well as my Apple watch chargers were ****** as well. Very poor service and would really not recommend flying with them.
