Disgusting service

This as become the most unreliable domestic airline company recently. My last two flights as the exact same issue of airline maintenance. The supervisor at the baggage counter can't even answer questions the customer care line only rings or the calls get dropped and when u do speak to a agent they can't help you. We all nobody just sitting at the airport waiting for them to tell us what to do because we have nothing better to do with our lives.
