Disgusting British airways service

British airways honestly has the most unprofessional service out there with the most insensitive and rude staff and i am actually disgusted that they could treat a client that way , I fully understand the Covid lockdown situation but the service I received this morning from British airways at the port Elizabeth office is truly something to be ashamed of , I am a student on a student budget and the least you can do is refund the ticket money as I have no way of raising more money to make alternatives arrangements for transport as I need to be in Cape Town on the 21st of July , honestly British airways , you can be ashamed of yourself
