Disgusted

<p>I am absolutely shocked by British Airways. My mom was due to arrive home from the UK tonight. Her flight was Aberdeen, Heathrow, Cape Town. She was in Heathrow anyway, so arrived for the Heathrow to cape town flight to be told that they had CANCELLED her ticket without any notice because she did not do the Aberdeen stretch. They want to charge her £1500 for a new ticket!!! We have spent ages on the phone and nobody is willing to help. I have never heard if something so ridiculous in my life ..... </p>
