Discovery and their ComAir partners are useless

British Airways - together with their partners, Kulula and Discovery Vitality - has taken me and other South Africans for a ride last week. After I leant that their flights were grounded I tried to cancel my existing flights to Durban at the time and I was sent pillar to post by Discovery, BA never bothered to respond. This week Discoverty tells me thaf my I have forfeited my flights due reasons I don’t know, reasons they are not telling me.
