Disappointing service from call center

So disappointed at the service, had to hold for 20 min to get a rude customer service agent, who was willing to put me on hold again instead of allowing me to talk to the manager, I have an emergency and all I need is assistane. Really disappointed, this is the second time BA really disappoints me, I doubt I’ll be booking flights with you guys in future, ive been holding for 30 min, this is not on
