Disappointing flight

<p>Booked my seat in advance in the website to make sure I had enough leg room due to the length of the flight from South Africa to London (11 hours) to find out that when I boarded that the seat plane on the website was different from the seat plane on the actual plane!? This is negligent for a domestic flight but not worth raising, but for an international flight of 11 hours where you book a front row seat with leg room to find your seated in the crammed row behind that, it's really a hard one to swallow and immediately makes you question the integrity of the airline if they can't even guarantee that.</p> <p> </p> <p>Sadly, to top it off, I pre-booked a meal that never arrived.</p> <p> </p> <p>Am I dreading my flight back to South Africa on Monday? </p> <p> </p> <p>You answer that.</p>
