Disappointing Business Class Experience

To whom it may concern

Worst experience ever.Booked Business Class x 2 from CT to JHB on the 23rd of June 2019.They said I’m not on the 12:20 flight & I showed them confirmation & they said it’s a system error..They Put me on the 2pm standby economy & I had to pay @ the business lounge while being charged Business Class rates on Economy Class????????????Can i please be refunded?
