Disappointed with British Airways

My parents were due to travel on the 23rd March 2020. I then called British Airways call center and we were told they would receive a travel voucher within six weeks. After six weeks we received an email from British Airways saying that they are not eligible for a future travel voucher.. So disappointed with British Airways
