Disappointed

Absolutely disgusted in British Airways service . Flight BA 6242 was supposed to depart at 13:25 from Port elizabeth to OrTambo international and arrive at 15:00 this afternoon . I am still stuck at Port elizabeth and no British Airways personal has come to explain or apologize or give any formal of complementary vouchers for the delay . I am yet to still board the flight supposed time of departure is now 18:55 which would be the 5th delay this flight has incurred. This will most likely not be the last delay for this flight today and who even knows if I will arrive back in joburg. Worst airline I have ever traveled on you shouldn't even provide a service because your company is a joke . Thanks for nothing and thanks for wasting my time and all the other passengers who are yet to board . Thanks for the no apology we received. I definitely will never recommend your service to anyone as this is not the first flight you have delayed myself on.
