Despicable service

<p>I was meant to have boarded the PE British airways flight today on the 28th at 6:30. I arrived at the gates at 6:25, I was told they had closed the gates and couldn't board after much begging I went back to buy a new ticket which cost me R1400. I'm now on the 8:15 flight. Mind you, only leaving at 8:20 because there were late passengers, white might I add, who were allowed on the flight. So what is your process BA??? How does this work? White people you're lenient with but us not so much??? </p>
